In the event that the Customer's chosen product is not available, a refund or credit note will be offered to the Customer.

Goods delivery
Goods are delivered by Air Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at [email protected] quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order.

Delivering time
The average delivery time is 2 weeks and to some countries the average delivery time is 1 - 3 weeks. Refunds
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible we will make a full refund of the purchase price. Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt.
